$50 Deposit non refundable is required to save a spot via Cashapp. It goes towards your final payment. The rest is paid on appointment day by cash or card. You can pay by card with an additional 3% fee.
Let me know an hour in advance if you are running late. I give up to 30 min late grace. If you are an hour late, call me first, and it will be $20 extra.
Let me know a day before your appointment for cancelation or reschedule. Same day cancelation deposit become non refundable. You can only reschedule with the deposit one time. "Man proposes, and God disposes". Just wanted to say something can happen or emergency situation can happen. Please let me know you can't make it to your appointment. I love to communicate.
No show, no cancelation, no text or call, you are blocked for future appointment. Thank you.
We are a small team of braiders. Please if you are impatient, do not book. If you have somewhere to go let me know in advance and I will let you know if I would be done earlier. Or do not book the same day as we don't offer rushed service.
Your hair must be washed and be detangled and free of product for better results.
I use Yaki Perm or Expression Braiding Hair. Hair is included in the price in some styles; please check for exceptions on the service page or call me in advance. Please, if you want to use other braiding hair, you are allowed to bring your own. Reach out for the color of braiding hair you want. I don't provide Human hair for Boho. You must bring your own human hair bulk or bundles. I only provide natural hair colors (1, 1B, 2 and 4). If you want different colors, you must bring the one you want. All braiding color must be confirmed 48h or 72h in advance.
I will not allow color change or length change the day of your appointment. Except long length to short length.

PS: Make sure you like your hair before you leave the shop so we can adjust it there and then ;) we won't be able to fix it after a week has passed.
